Preparation

  • Heat water to 90–96°C (or boil and cool for 30 seconds).
  • Place mug/server on digital scale
  • Open drip bag, and hook flaps over rim

Pour hot water (about 30–60 ml) over the coffee grounds to wet them evenly.
Gradually pour more hot water (180–240 ml)
Allow the water to drip through the coffee grounds into the mug.
Carefully lift the drip coffee bag out of the mug by the flaps and discard it.
Give the coffee a quick stir to mix the brew evenly.
